At Del Bosque we are able to offer clients a complete ‘cradle to grave’ service. Our unique experience, which includes a combination of extensive client side consulting and front line delivery contracting, enables us to offer our clients a full turn key solution if required. Alternatively we can offer a full range of consultancy services on a stand alone basis.

Central to our consultancy service is our commitment to giving our clients high quality, clear and auditable information, managed risk and most importantly certainty of cost, programme and specification. We recognise that our clients want to achieve the best possible value from their capital investment.

On all projects we put in place robust, tried and tested measures to ensure that the client has clarity and fully understands the impact of any decisions made. The management techniques which are underpinned by key event management and good governance help ensure that certainty increases and risk reduces as a project progresses through its lifecycle.
